Biography

Ms. Lynch represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation. Beyond the typical business contract disputes, she handles business loss cases, embezzlement, fraud, copyright, intellectual property, counterfeit products, trade libel (corporate defamation), products liability, employment, director's and officers liability, personal injury and wrongful death claims. She also defends in civil matters including quasi-criminal. Handling the most complex cases in a large west coast firm for more than a decade she has the experience of the big firm, but provides the individual attention needed with competitive prices and without big firm billing requirements. She has successfully fought for the smaller companies against the big in aggressively defending rights to compete, as well as stopping unlawful business practices by competitors of larger companies including counterfeiting as well as prosecuting a 100 Million dollar ponzi scheme illegally using client's name and products to lure investors. Ms. Lynch is not afraid to try cases, but can skillfully think outside the box in settling cases. In personal injury matters she limits the number she handles in order to give maximum attention to clients and her cases. Excellence matters more than the number of clients she represents. Ms. Lynch's team includes skilled attorneys as needed for the best legal writing and support in litigation of large cases.

While working in San Diego she handles matters throughout Southern California in both state and federal courts. She also represents businesses in Canada and numerous corporations out of state. She continues to advise clients on legal matters post litigation as needed. Volunteering for the Superior Court, Ms. Lynch sat as Judge Pro Tem in settlement conferences for over a decade. She is a trained mediator as well.
